This month in Hit Pause, Then Play, I explore what we can bring to 2025, file a complaint with the Dept of Personal Growth, and reveal what unfolds in a room full of blindfolded truth-tellers.
So much to love here! Acknowledging and asking for what we want, showing up as an open and honest guest to 2025, and I may write my own letter to the Dept of Personal Growth to alter my plan! Why my word for 2025 is EASE! Thank you for this and being a bright spot of my 2024.
What a profound insight! I think throughout my life I have tried to be "the perfect guest" and lost a lot along the way. I agree that the way forward is letting go of that perfection and showing up as we are..........thank you Julie. I send you prayers dailly and am always delighted to share in our imperfect, messy now with you.
Thank you for your kind words and support, as always, Mary. You are a bright light. It's funny how PERFECT was something we little knew as children and something, as "mature" adults, we are now again releasing. Messy, imperfect, real is good. I am so glad we are "regressing".
I love your Spread Joy acronym and your letter to the Dept. of Personal Growth and letting go of perfection.
My 2025 word of the year is Inspired- to do things which inspires me and others. Your writing often inspires me.
I LOVE your word for 2025, Cretha! What a GREAT word! I look forward to being inspired by you the whole year through. :)))

Thank you for your kind words, Maghan. They mean so much. Here's wishing you an EASE-ful 2025!
